BattleKart – ‘WIN 1 YEAR OF BATTLEKART’ RULES

The present rules set out the rules applicable to the promotional action organized at the beginning of 2025 in the BattleKart complexes of Mouscron, Kortrijk, Ghent, Genk, Herentals, Antwerp and Tour&Taxis, and allowing 1 winner per center to win 12×3 passes valid in the center of his choice, during the 12 months following the action.

1. 1. Entry criteria
      The competition is open to all adults present on the premises of the participating complex. In the particular case where minors are invited to take part in the competition, they will do so under the responsibility of an adult. The participation of any minor will be subject to the written agreement of a parent or guardian, whose identity must be indicated on the entry form and who will sign it.
      In order to claim their prize, winners must meet the conditions for access to the attraction, i.e. be at least 1.45m tall.
      
      
   2. Description of participation and winner selection procedures.
      Participants are invited to enter the competition by placing a completed entry form in the ballot box located in the participating center. The entry form must include the participant’s contact details, written legibly, and the answer to two questions, the second of which is intended to decide between all participants who have correctly answered the first. The participant who answers the first question AND the second question correctly, or who comes closest to doing so, will be selected as the winner. This selection will be made on 1/3/2025.
      
      
   3. Contest dates and duration
      Participation in the contest is open from January 15, 2025 to February 28, 2025 at all participating centers. The ballot box and entry forms will be available in each complex during this period.
      
      
   4. Gifts
      At each participating BattleKart center, the winner will receive a free year of BattleKart! The prize consists of 12 x 3 passes valid from 1/3/2025 to 28/2/2026, in the BattleKart center of their choice.
      Each winner will therefore receive 12 x 3 passes, each lot of 3 passes being valid for games played during one month. The prize will be nominative (linked to the player’s BattleKart account, and cannot be used for third-party reservations). It may not be transferred to a third party, and is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. The validity period of each pass cannot be modified.
      
      
   5. How the winner will be notified and will collect the prize
      The winner will receive an e-mail at the address given on his/her entry form, inviting him/her to collect his/her prize from the center where he/she submitted the winning entry form. Participants in the competition acknowledge that they may be disqualified from the competition if the teams responsible are unable to contact them (incorrect, illegible or missing address, failure to reply to the prize announcement e-mail, etc.). The winner will be invited to collect his/her prize from the participating center, and to take part in a prize-giving photo session. These photos may be used for marketing purposes by BattleKart (see below).
      
      
   6. Exclusions
      Employees of BattleKart Belgium SRL and BattleKart Europe SA may not take part in the competitions, either personally or through members of their family or cohabitants residing in their household.
      
   
   
   7. Plausible limit on the number of entries
      Only one entry form may be submitted per person present in the center on any given opening day. To maximize their chances of winning, each participant is therefore free to come and play and.or drink at the bar of their complex several times during the duration of the competition. Any attempt to participate in contravention of this principle will be considered null and void. Any entry deemed to give rise to a suspicion of fraud (in the event, for example, of an abnormally high number of ballots filled in by the same person being deposited in the ballot box) will also be considered null and void and will be immediately rejected.
      
      
   8. Complaints and requests for information
      Any dispute or claim, or request for information relating to the competitions must be sent by e-mail to the reference address of the center in which he/she took part in the competition:

   9. Form of acceptance and communication of the competition rules
      Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of the present rules. The present rules are communicated to any person who so requests. They are also published on the www.battlekart.com website, and are available on request at the reception desk of each participating center.
      
      
   10. Personal data – Image rights
       All participants’ personal data (name or pseudonym, address, e-mail address and telephone number) collected during participation in the competition may be processed for direct marketing purposes, and will be treated in accordance with current privacy protection laws and regulations. Participants may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, limitation, deletion and portability. For any request concerning the protection of personal data, the participant may send an e-mail to the address given in point 8 of these rules.
       Lastly, by participating in the competition, all entrants authorize BattleKart, without reservation or limitation, to take a photo of the prize-giving ceremony and to use it in its communications, in particular on the brand’s social networks.
